TRAINING

SMALL GROUP TRAINING


The most effective way to achieve your desired results is through one of our two training formats. Within our dedicated training spaces, you’ll be pushed by your trainers and instantly connected to a community of encouraging members.

  • Spartan Training: High-intensity interval training. Up to three weekly sessions in groups of no more than 12, each with a different thirty-minute workout. Spartan improves cardio, endurance, and strength.
  • Performance Training: Foundational lifts and movements. Two weekly sessions in groups of no more than 6. Master big lifts and supporting movements to burn fat and build strength.

KID'S COURT & YOUTH PROGRAMS


We want to make coming to the gym as simple and easy as possible. Our Kid’s Court childcare area is open during our most popular classes and training sessions and available for up to two hours while you use the Club.

  • Membership options are available for youth up to 20 years old.
  • Swim lessons and summer swim camps.

In 1977, our South River Road location opened exclusively for local racquetball players. Even though we have obviously expanded since then, racquetball, squash, and handball communities continue to thrive.
